This draft explains how information is handled on the AHMEDANY coaching site. The business owner must review it, confirm the retention period, and approve it before it is treated as final.

Consultation form and WhatsApp

The consultation form on the home page only prepares a message in WhatsApp. The site does not store what you type in that form. When you send the message, WhatsApp and the coach receive the information you chose to include, under their own privacy practices.

Checkout

When you start checkout we ask for your name, email address, and phone number. We store these with the selected plan, currency, amount, payment status, payment reference numbers, and timestamps in our order database, which runs on Cloudflare. When a payment is confirmed, the coach receives an email notification containing the plan, amount, and your name, email, and phone number, sent through our email provider, Resend. We use this information to confirm your payment and to deliver the coaching service you bought.

Payments

Card and wallet details are entered on our payment provider’s page (Paymob) and are never received or stored by this site. Paymob handles them under its own privacy policy.

Chat assistant

Messages you type in the chat assistant are sent to OpenAI to generate a reply. Do not share health details, medical conditions, or other sensitive information in the chat or in checkout. Health topics should be discussed with the coach directly through a channel you choose.

Country detection and device storage

To show prices in the right currency, the site reads your approximate country from your request, which Cloudflare provides. We do not store it. Your browser may keep your language and currency choice on your own device. Chat and checkout requests are rate-limited using your network address, which is not stored in our order records.

Retention and your choices

Order records are kept for as long as needed to provide the service and meet record-keeping obligations. You can ask to see, correct, or delete your information by contacting coachingahmdany@gmail.com. The business owner must confirm the exact retention period.

Third parties

Cloudflare (hosting and order database), Paymob (payments), Resend (email notifications), OpenAI (chat replies), and WhatsApp (messages you choose to send) each process information under their own privacy practices.
